I respect your choices: either omnivorous, vegan, vegetarian, and first, I look at your eating patterns, lifestyle, motivations, etc. before offering you solutions based on your preferences.
Driven by the emotion of eating with pleasure, I offer you a balanced nutrient-rich diet based on diversity, combining all food categories (meat, fish, fruit, vegetable, legumes, cereals, dairy products, drinks), and nutrients (vitamins, minerals, trace elements, essential fatty acids, probiotics, of which we are generally lacking of…).
I will be by your side through our discussions, but I will also take time in between consultations, to fully understand your behaviour towards food, your daily challenges, both personal and professional, in order to offer an adapted support and care throughout your whole journey to achieve your goals and to empower you take control of your diet.
First consultation (1h30 to 2h): I am rather pragmatic so before proposing solutions, we will go through, together, a comprehensive assessment of your health history, eating patterns, lifestyle, relationship to food, professional and personal context, any pathology or laboratory tests prescribed by your doctor as well as medications, any food intolerances/allergies, preferences etc.
Treating these parameters is part of the assessment as each of these variables, personal, professional, economic, medical have an impact on your food balance.
Together, we will establish objectives for the coming period and a follow-up schedule. Please allow 1h30 to 2h for the first consultation.
Follow-up consultations (1h): They are scheduled to track your progress, starting with a short review of the past days (BMI, evolution of your eating habits, perception of your eating sensations, etc.) In addition, each of these next 5 consultations will have its own objective including measuring levels of satisfaction in areas of your life such as work, love, money, family, stress and sleep evaluation etc, setting up your nutritional activity, creating a manageable action plan to achieve your long term goal, identifying any potential sticking points and preventing risk of drift in the long term, thus restoring your food balance and well-being.
Following each consultation, you will receive a personalized report with bespoke recommendations, including custom meal plans, concrete actions to apply in your daily life, tips to improve the content of your plate, any additional nutrition information you may need, based on the points discussed; additionally I remain available between appointments for any further questions.
In working together, we'll incorporate a whole-person integrative approach that is based on your personal nutritional needs, as well as your taste preferences, budget, schedule, and lifestyle.
